A strong personal faith and a vibrant faith community are supported and enlivened by prayer and spirituality for both individual and collective growth. This page hopes to provide that support by asking you to add your insights to the Your Ideas page. What calls you to prayer? How do you pray? These are broad questions to which there are numerous responses. This month we hope to hear your experience of group prayer that has been helpful for you. Let us read your response on the Your Ideas? page. Periodically we will post a different mode of prayer or spirituality and continue to seek your input.

Something to think about: S. Rita Hawk, SC  garnered some ideas from her students on the Virtual Learning Class she is teaching. When praying the Lord's Prayer, if there is someone we especially needs forgiveness, we might substitute that person's name in the "forgive us our trespasses" place. When praying the Hail Mary, we might substitute a person's name or situation in the place of "us sinners".
